Podere Palazzolo is an old country house, recently restored respecting its original features. The aim was to offer the opportunity to live in the tranquility of the countryside, just 500 meters from the historic center of Montepulciano.
In the dedicated wing, next to the Old Oven, you will find a double bedroom with a private bathroom, where you can stay in total independence and tranquility. You can also relax in our charming garden.
If you want, you can also make friends with Jennifer and Nerone, our friendly geese, or you can take part in a competition to secure a fresh egg from our three chickens. Only the early birds will have the fortune to listen to the "cock-a-doodle-doo" of our rooster Beppe.
In our tiny B&B, we enjoyed giving you freedom, so we have created a self-service breakfast area that you can use at any time.
Unfortunately, regulations require us to only offer pre-packaged products, and although we would love to prepare something more special for you, we cannot do otherwise.
In your entrance hall, with your simple espresso machine (using pods), you can still make yourself a good cappuccino, a nice coffee, a coffee with milk, or a simple coffee and milk. With the kettle, you can have a nice cup of tea or chamomile. The breakfast will also include still or sparkling water, fruit juice, yogurt, butter that you can easily take from the minibar at your disposal. You will also find jams, Nutella, honey, some cold cuts and cheese, sandwiches, rusks, and cookies.
You can enjoy your breakfast in the garden, at the table in your lounge area, or comfortably in bed.

Our B & B is very small, in a private wing of our farmhouse near the old oven, we have renovated a beautiful double bedroom with bathroom. Inside the room there is a sofa that can be transformed into a French double bed (the total area antechamber, bedroom, bathroom is about 25 square meters). The room has: the independent entrance with the antechamber where is located the breakfast area, direct access to the garden, parking space inside the fence, TV, free Wi-Fi, ceiling fan, bar fridge available and autonomous heating.
La Limonaia is a "prestigious country annexe", about 65 square meters, has a large double bedroom, a beautiful living room with a double sofa bed, a large bathroom, a laundry room, a nice mezzanine with a bed (the Piccionaia), a small kitchen, fridge. Independent access from the garden, parking inside the fence, free wi-fi, independent heating and air conditioning.
Good morning, we are Simonetta and Giorgio, the parents of a beautiful 10-year-old boy named Alessandro, and we are the owners of "Podere Palazzolo".
This ancient farmhouse has recently been renovated by us, and we have decided to dedicate a part of it to guests who want to visit Montepulciano from a strategic countryside location, just 600 meters away from the historic center.

Our establishment is located just five hundred meters from the marvelous Historic Center of Montepulciano, an ancient city of art with a wealth of churches and historic palaces. It is known as the "Pearl of the 16th Century".
Montepulciano overlooks the picturesque Val di Chiana on one side, and the enchanting Val d'Orcia on the other. Its strategic location allows you to visit other charming villages, cities of art, and thermal centers, immersed in a unique and unmistakable landscape.
