Our B & B is very small, in a private wing of our farmhouse near the old oven, we have renovated a beautiful double bedroom with bathroom. Inside the room there is a sofa that can be transformed into a French double bed (the total area antechamber, bedroom, bathroom is about 25 square meters). The room has: the independent entrance with the antechamber where is located the breakfast area, direct access to the garden, parking space inside the fence, TV, free Wi-Fi, ceiling fan, bar fridge available and autonomous heating.
La Limonaia is a "prestigious country annexe", about 65 square meters, has a large double bedroom, a beautiful living room with a double sofa bed, a large bathroom, a laundry room, a nice mezzanine with a bed (the Piccionaia), a small kitchen, fridge. Independent access from the garden, parking inside the fence, free wi-fi, independent heating and air conditioning.
